Whilst Pictures at an Exhibition is Camilla’s first published novel, she had previously written another novel called The Turning Tides. The manuscript was short-listed for the Daily Mail First Novel Award in 2008.

Camilla began by writing short stories, and won the Promis Prize in 2001 (sponsored by Waterstones) for best writer under the age of 26.

Camilla is currently working on her second novel.
